Mentorship is more than guidance—it’s about building meaningful professional relationships that drive success. At AAWBC, our Mentorship Program is designed to connect experienced professionals with ambitious individuals seeking to grow their businesses and careers. By volunteering as a mentor, you’ll provide invaluable insight to mentees facing critical career and business decisions, helping them unlock their full potential.
But mentorship isn’t just about giving—it’s about growing, too. As a mentor, you’ll gain fresh perspectives, expand your network, and contribute to the success of Arab American women in business.
AAWBC also offers impactful initiatives like the Small Business Development Program and Workforce Development Program, ensuring that our community has the resources, training, and mentorship needed to thrive.
Join us in shaping the future—become a mentor today and make a lasting difference.

Mentorship Program
Having a great Mentor is Priceless!
Mentorship is about creating a professional bond that will propel each participant to a new professional or business height. Too many times we are faced with life changing decisions and having a mentor to provide some insight is a critical part of that decision. This is exactly what AAWBC mentorship program is designed for. The AAWBC’s mentorship program is designed to provide its members with a professional mentoring support structure to advise them on future actions that will empower them to achieve their full potential. The best thing about this program is that growth happens to both mentor and mentees.

How it Works
Annually, the program runs for six (6) months where the mentees and mentors will commit to one hour a month. Mentors and mentees are matched based on their professional/business need.
Successes/Impact
From the inception of AAWBC we had over 100 participants (mentors/mentees). Some of our success stories include women starting their own businesses, climbing the corporate ladder, and students who were able to land their first job with our resume review and interview workshops on University campuses.
Future Plans
Our plan is to continue to expand the program and provide valuable mentorship, training and networking opportunities coupled with professional/business workshops in collaboration with the other AAWBC committees.
